BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration

Course Description

This qualification reflects the varied roles of individuals across different industry sectors who apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

 Delivery Mode

This qualification is delivered online through a combination of written and visual lesson materials and assessments.

 Course Duration

This qualification is delivered over a period of 6 -12 months online self-paced study.

Entry Requirements

  • 16 years of age or over at time of enrolment
  • Satisfactorily completed Year 10 or equivalent
  • Access to a computer (desktop or laptop), tablet or smartphone. It is recommended assessment activities are completed on a computer or tablet only.
  • Access to an internet connection and an email address
  • Ability to read and comprehend course materials
  • Ability to allocate appropriate study hours per week to complete online material and assessments

Note: Students under the age of 18 years will be required to provide a signed parental consent (located on the enrolment form) prior to commencing this qualification.

Outcomes

On successful completion of this qualification students will be able to:

  • Create a range of electronic documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Deliver and monitor a service to customers and process customer complaints
  • Work in a diverse team environment
  • Organise own work priorities and contribute to the health and safety of others

Successful completion of this qualification the student will receive a BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration.

For partial completion of this qualification, students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment indicating completed Units of Competency.

All certificates, record of results (listing units completed) and statements of attainment are issued electronically within 10 business days of qualification completion.
